• Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Manufacturing defects

• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Customized or personalized jewellery is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible for refund.

3. Return Conditions

• Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase and images of the defect/wrong item must be provided for verification.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
